Shipping

We provide shipping services across Australia and New Zealand through Australia Post. 

  • Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping: 2 to 8 business days.
  • Estimated delivery times for Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days.

Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates. During busy periods or potential disruptions beyond Australia Post’s control, there could be delays.

We offer FREE standard shipping for orders above $100 within Australia. 

For orders below $100, we offer flat-rate shipping fees for standard and express options: 

  • Standard: $10.00
  • Express: $15.00

For shipping to New Zealand, we deliver orders via the Australia Post international service for a flat-rate shipping fee of $20.00.

*At this time, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. However, we’re open to making special arrangements—just send us an email, and we’ll provide a freight quote for you.

Returns

We hope all our customers are happy with their purchases. But we understand that may not always be the case, so we are happy to provide a refund when:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of being purchased 
  • They are returned unworn and unwashed with tags attached in their original condition 

To return an item:

Email hello@rohbekkaboutique.com.au to receive all the information you’ll need to return an item. Please include your order number in your email and the reason for the return. We'll then provide you with a return shipping label.

Once we’ve received and confirmed the item is in its original condition, you'll receive a confirmation email from us and your refund will promptly follow in 7 days.

Please note, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We are not responsible for any shipments until they reach our offices. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.
